1. Overview

Propai CRM is a Customer Relationship Management system designed for real estate companies. The App is used internally by company employees with different roles and permissions (Admin, Sales Admin, Team Leader, and Sales Representative) to manage clients, track sales, and improve communication between team members.

2. Data We Collect

The App only collects information necessary to operate and manage user accounts within your company’s CRM system. This may include:

• User full name
• Email address
• Profile image
• Company name
• User role (Admin, Sales Admin, Team Leader, Sales Rep)
• Basic activity and interaction data (for internal reporting)

No sensitive data such as precise location, camera, microphone, or contact data is collected or stored.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate users and assign appropriate permissions based on their role.
• To allow Admins to manage other users and clients in the CRM.
• To send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• To improve app performance and stability through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Limited technical data may be shared with our trusted service providers only for functionality purposes:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics

5. Account Deletion and Roles System

Each user has specific permissions according to their assigned role within the App:

• Admin: Has full control, including the ability to create, edit, or delete user accounts and data.
• Sales Admin / Team Leader / Sales Rep: Have restricted permissions and cannot delete user accounts or sensitive data.

Users who wish to delete their account or data can submit a formal request. Account removal is handled by the Admin of their organization or upon manual review by the Rockaidev support team.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as your company maintains an active CRM account. Once your company or Admin requests deletion, your data is securely removed from our servers.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion. However, please note that no digital storage or transmission system is completely secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the updated date will be revised accordingly.

Terms & Conditions

1. Usage Agreement

By downloading or using Propai CRM, you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes within your organization. You may not modify, distribute, or copy any part of the App without permission from Rockaidev.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App remain the sole property of Rockaidev. You may not extract or reuse parts of the App’s source code or design.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to keep the App stable and reliable, Rockaidev is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from system downtime, data loss, or unauthorized access caused by third-party actions.

4. Internet & Device Responsibility

Some App features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). You are responsible for any related carrier charges. Rockaidev is not responsible if the App does not function properly due to connectivity or device issues.

5. Termination of Use

We may terminate or suspend access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of operation.
